PAYMENT TERMS
Net 30 days from date of invoice. A discount of 1% on merchandise value only will be allowed for cash within 10 days.

DELIVERY TERMS
All shipments are F.O.B. our shipping point. Freight allowed (prepaid) via most economical routing on each shipment within the United States, except Alaska and Hawaii, on shipments having a net value of $1000.00. Any additional charges for freight, express, etc., or due to change in routing at customer's request will be for the account of the purchaser. On a shipment to Alaska or Hawaii freight will be allowed (prepaid) as above to the port of shipment within the 48 contiguous states.

SPECIAL MERCHANDISE
Orders for special brushes are not subject to cancellation unless we are reimbursed for costs incurred. Special merchandise will qualify for freight allowance only if the value of the special merchandise is $1000.00 or more, or if special merchandise is shipped with stock items for a combined value of $1000.00 at the time of shipment.

MINIMUM ORDER
All items will be furnished in standard package quantities. On items ordered in other than standard package quantities, we will round the quantities to the closest standard package multiple.

PRICES
Prices are subject to discount. Prices are subject to change without notice. All orders and prices thereon are subject to acceptance at the home office. Orders will be invoiced at the prices in effect at the time of shipment.

RETURNS AND CLAIMS
Goods, may not be returned without written authorization. No return will be authorized if the merchandise is over one year old. All claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. All returns are subject to restocking charges of 15% plus freight costs.
